As a personal service technician, you combine technical work with customer contact and guide the customer through the entire process. You work in VPS pairs and deliver service with high quality, speed, and precision!

About the position

This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is stated that Bilbolaget intends to offer you employment with them in the long run. They are Norrland's leading dealers of Volvo, Dacia, Ford, and quality-controlled used cars. In addition to selling passenger and commercial vehicles, Bilbolaget also offers rental cars, full-service workshops, tire hotels, fueling and washing facilities, as well as well-stocked stores with car parts and accessories.

The company takes care of the entire customer's car ownership and is represented in 14 locations in northern Sweden – from Härnösand in the south to Kiruna in the north. 💼 Job responsibilities

As a personal service technician, you work in a close-knit team where you and a colleague are responsible for the customer throughout the entire process – from the first contact to the completed work. The role combines technical work with service and involves receiving customer bookings, performing service, troubleshooting, and repairs, as well as ensuring that the customer has a safe and professional experience.

You are the customer's primary contact person and follow the case from start to finish. This means planning the work, documentation, payment, and ongoing dialogue with the customer. You work simultaneously on multiple tasks and ensure that the work flows efficiently together with your technician partner. At the start, you will receive a clear introduction with an overview of systems, routines, and working methods to quickly get into the role.

  • Receiving and handing over vehicles and handling payments

  • Perform troubleshooting, service, and repairs

  • Maintain ongoing customer contact and be responsible for the entire customer journey

  • Plan the day's work and document completed tasks

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish

• Very good computer and system skills

• A very good technical understanding

• Experience in similar tasks is highly meritorious

To thrive and succeed in the role of personal service technician, you need to be meticulous and have a strong quality mindset. You work methodically and structured, even under time pressure, and you take responsibility for ensuring that the work is done correctly – especially when handling high-value vehicles.

The role suits you if you are service-oriented, social, and enjoy having a lot of customer contact. You easily switch between different tasks and maintain a high pace while keeping focus on details. A practically minded person with good problem-solving skills will quickly adapt to the work and develop well within the team.
